OUR APPROACH TO RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

We use a variety of ways to help us select the best person for positions available. It is important that you submit your written application based on the criteria we have stipulated. This may mean the difference between being shortlisted for an interview or not. This means the quality of your Cover Letter and Resume are paramount.

 

If you are selected for an interview, these are generally held in the Perth head office, at site (or in a regional centre) or via Skype/Telephone if you are remote to our location. Ultimately, we only employ people once we have met them face to face. All shortlisted candidates are requested to undertake a pre-employment medical at a designated medical provider, at the company’s expense to ensure appropriate fitness for work.

 

We also request a National Police Clearance be completed to the company’s satisfaction, and at the company’s cost, prior to commencement. Prior to appointment, we will ask you to bring along your certificates, tickets and licences so that we can verify your competencies.
